About the product
To ensure correct and safe use, be sure to read the included instruction manual carefully before installation and use, and then use the product correctly.
Immediately after the product arrives, please open it and check that there is no damage, defect, or missing accessories. (For aero parts, please make a trial fitting within 14 days. Any claims made after the specified period will not be accepted.)
We shall not be held responsible for any accidents or product defects that occur as a result of installation on vehicles other than those for which the product is compatible, or installation or use in a manner other than that specified.
Product structure may vary depending on the vehicle model, even within the same muffler series.
The shape of the muffler and tail may vary depending on the vehicle model.
Depending on the vehicle model, genuine option parts, aero parts, etc. may not be able to be installed.
Due to individual differences in vehicles, the clearance between the product and the bumper, floor, etc. may be narrow even for compatible models.
The heat of the exhaust gas may cause bumper burns.
Ground clearance may change after replacing the muffler.
Due to the nature of the material, this product will discolor when exposed to heat.
The color of the titanium face tail varies from one piece to another. Even if you use two pieces, the color may vary.
Titanium face tails may have uneven coloring and peeling.
DUAL exhaust, left and right exhaust mufflers do not exhaust evenly, and the height of the left and right may vary slightly depending on the individual vehicle.
Water may leak from the joint (flange). If this occurs, use a heat-resistant silicone liquid gasket or similar to prevent this.
Mufflers are consumable items. If their performance is impaired due to aging or other reasons, replace them immediately.
When driving on public roads, you are required to comply with laws such as the Road Traffic Act.
Product Warranty
For products that are covered by the warranty, a user registration postcard (product warranty card) is attached to the product. (Competition-only parts, aero parts, engine parts, ROM, exhaust parts, and goods are not covered by the warranty. *Defects immediately after shipment are excluded.)
When purchasing, be sure to receive the warranty card, check the contents, and store it in a safe place. (Please note that it cannot be reissued.)
After purchasing the product, please fill out the necessary information on the user registration postcard and register within one month.
Please note that your entry will be invalid if you fail to fill in the required information such as your name, address, telephone number, date of purchase, and retailer stamp, if the specified period has passed, or if you have not completed user registration.
Warranty
If a malfunction occurs under normal use conditions in accordance with the instruction manual and this document, we will repair it free of charge for one year from the date of purchase (provided that the mileage during this period is not more than 20,000 km) in accordance with the contents of this product warranty.
If you have a problem with the product, please consult with the store where you purchased the product, remove the product from the vehicle through the store, and send it to us together with the warranty card. (We recommend that you keep the removed genuine parts so that they can be restored during the inspection and repair period.)
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any shipping charges or labor costs incurred when returning the product (such as removal and installation costs, or other related labor costs).
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the customer as a result of the failure of this product or its use.
The following cases will not be covered by the warranty even if the product is within the warranty period:
1)When the warranty card is not presented
2)If the required information is not filled in on the warranty card, if the wording has been altered, or if the name of the retailer is not indicated
3)Breakdowns and damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, and other natural disasters
4)Failures and damages that are deemed to be attributable to modification or use
5)Failure or damage caused by handling the product contrary to the instructions or cautions stated in the instruction manual
6)Breakdowns and damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping during transportation or moving after purchase
7)When replacing consumables
8)Appearance damage such as peeling paint and scratches that occurred during product installation
9)Malfunctions, breakdowns, and damages caused by combining aftermarket parts from other companies and genuine parts that have not been verified for installation by our company.
10)Breakdowns and damages caused by accidents, etc.
11)Breakdown or damage to products used in the competition
12)When installed on a modified vehicle
13)When installed on a vehicle used for towing, etc., or a vehicle involved in an accident
14)If the vehicle has been driven for more than 20,000km since the product was installed
15)Damage such as rust caused by adhesion of seawater or snow removal agent, product defects, and rust transfer defects of stainless steel products
16)Discoloration or abnormal noises due to product characteristics (such as rattling noises from the inner silencer)
17)Breakdown or damage to a product whose specifications have been changed by us at the customer's request
18)Performance deterioration, damage, and related direct and indirect losses and damages due to aging after the warranty period
19)Loss or damage caused by misprints or typographical errors in our printed materials such as catalogs, instruction manuals, and advertisements
20)If installation problems occur due to individual differences in your vehicle
21)If our product warranty regulations are revised
We may change the specifications and design of our products without prior notice in order to improve them. Please note that we do not guarantee the exchange of products with changed specifications for products before the change.
Please note that if we are unable to repair the product, we may replace it. Also, if there are any changes to the specifications, we may replace the product with a new one at our discretion.
